He founded and led a SaaS talent management company serving global clients including Microsoft and Virgin, and exited to private equity in 2017. Earlier, he ran a web development firm during the dotcom era and began his career in civil engineering, where he learned structured problem solving and how to manage complex projects. Today, Mike works with founders and investors on strategy, capital allocation, and decision making under uncertainty. He chairs two London groups for TIGER 21 and has created several peer networks focused on private deals, public markets, and philanthropy across EMEA.
