Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your London Venture Club account and personal data at any time. Submit the form below and we'll take care of it.
What gets deleted
Once verified, we permanently delete your profile, membership record, uploaded photos, and any messages or preferences associated with your account.
What we may retain
Where the law requires it, we keep certain records after deletion — for example, payment and financial records are retained for 7 years to meet accounting obligations. These are kept solely for that purpose and are not used for any other reason.
Your membership agreement
Deleting your account and data is separate from cancelling your membership. If you have an active membership agreement, deleting your account does not cancel it or discharge any obligations under it — including the minimum-term commitment and any fees that remain due — as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. To cancel your membership, please follow the process described there in addition to submitting a deletion request here.
What happens next
We'll respond within one month, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may email you first to confirm your identity before processing the request.
